Personally, I traveled this road and walked in the shoes that many find themselves in when they are diagnosed with a dis-ease or just have high anxiety. In my case it was Cancer.
In 1999 I feared death! Wondering what my kids would do if I left. How my Mom would cope after losing my Dad to cancer.
I felt so very alone, it was overwhelming, to say the least. Often, I would spend hours in the middle of the night just talking to my dog Max about life. I have no regrets; I lived and l. d life to the fullest when younger.
Then one day I listened to a tape by Louise Hay and I knew I would make it. The tapes didn't cure cancer, but they changed my mind set and I was more hopeful each day.

If you have not taken care of your body for many years with proper diet, exercise and, your issues have been with you for 5, 15, or maybe 30 years, you can not expect to erase all those issues in one or two sessions. Much like a gym membership. If you purchase your membership and go to the gym three times to lose 40 pounds, do you think it will work? Commitment works for almost everything in life. It takes work.

A Road I Traveled
Carol's Story:
Carol’s journey began in March 1999. She was diagnosed with Third Stage Advanced Cancer! A long road ahead, she took Chemo followed by radiation treatments on the advice of her doctors until December 23rd that year.
Carol also knew that “mind over matter” was a strong part of her upbringing, and this would be one of those times.
She believed that her disease could be “thought away” and was found by telling herself and her body several times a day, “I am getting better and better” “today I am stronger and stronger” etc. She would stand in the shower and imagine a pure white light, raining crystals of healing all through her body. She listened to any healing energy tapes she could find.
Plans were to shrink cancer cells and operate to remove any remaining cancer. Carol kept telling the doctor there was no more cancer, and at the end of her treatment, the tests concluded the same. There was No Cancer! That was over 23 years ago.
The power of the mind can be very strong in healing our body or mind.
For the next decade, Carol accepted positions of employment to get back to life, and now that she survived, she must earn a living. Her government disability was turned down as she no longer "had" cancer.
Along with that journey, she lost her home which was loved so much . The hedge she planted came from her dad’s farm, and it took a lot out of her. Carol lost her Dad at 64 to Cancer, then her Nephew at 23, and shortly after her Mom as well as nearly loosing her own daughter to depression and suicide. All this was between 1999 and 2000. Carol managed to attend her son's wedding in Edmonton but, not without struggle.
