MEDITATION 101: BEGINNER'S
Stress is a huge factor in our lives these days so I found this easy little video to help you get started.
Mediation, even for five minutes with help with the scatter that goes on in our head. Breathing is used in many health modality's and is beneficial to everyone. Stress can be reduced with meditating. It has been scientifically proven that it can help in: increasing your immune system, with better emotional balance, lowers your blood pressure, and you will feel the calmness. One of my brothers started to meditate in the evenings after his heart attack. It has been helping him to relieve his stress. I do believe I will try it and just enjoy the health benefits.

Thanks Margaret, I learned later in life the benefit of meditation for calming as well. I am a worry wart at times so 5 minutes and away it goes. Comments are closed.
